New Brunswick residents were given this tab for the upper left
hand corner of their 1975 plates. Unstickered 1975 base plates were in use through
March of 1976.

Prior to 1979, all commercial vehicles had either a 1 year
"C" plate which expired March 31 or else were registered quarterly or semi-annually.
"C" for March, "X" for June, "A" for September, and "B" for December. Only vehicles
over 10,000 lbs were eligible for quarterly registrations; (later this became
4,500 Kg)
