New Alabama 'Stars' sample
plate on left.
For some reason they put a sample 1999 sticker on a plate not being issued
until 2002.
On right, is an undated passenger car version of the plate.
Two types of Alabama samples for the new Stars on Alabama plate
that is being issued as the regular passenger plate issue in 2002.
Notice the 2000 expiration sample stickers, however.
