Images from Facebook postings of Vincent Moens of France who wrote in September 2023,"Current Bhutanese plates are now all made in plastic in local shops, some with incrusted letters, some with raised letters, and some with sticker letters. I went to a couple of these shops in Thimphu and in Paro, the capital and the second main city, and bought the plates of the various series which were shown as demonstration. All these plates are mint except BP-1-B2155 which is used.
