Euroband style plates were introduced in the Czech Republic in 2004 according to the ALPCA archive.
The red stickers are for technical control and the green stickers are for emissions control.
The S in the serial number indicates a regional code number for Middle Czechia
Front plates are not stickered.

4S4 8836 stickers are punched for June 2007
4S4 6637 stickers are punched for February 2007
3T4 2387 stickers are punched for November 2009

The T in the serial of this plate indicates it was issued in Moravia/Silesia

The plate on the right is the Czechoslovak motorcycle style used from 1953 to 1960 on the front of the bike. The K indicates it was issued in the Kladno region.
The plate on the right has been repainted, which was not uncommon for keeping them in use and readable.
The plate on the left was used in the 70's with the serial indiciating Prague as the area of issuance.
