Unofficial Vauxhall license plate first issued in 1993 in Limerick City, Ireland. Image was sent in January of 2003. Mark Goodwin of Lacey, Washington notes that Vauxhall unofficial plates were issued in England, but have been made illegal. Others have noted that they are technically illegal in Ireland, also.
