Queensland special issue plate for Brisbane Commonwealth Games first issued in 1982. According to Leo Hasler, NPCC#1107, "These plates were issued to the official vehicles of the Commonwealth games held in Brisbane in 1982. A motorcycle version exists. Number 100 was the lowest and exists with red numbers. It is believed to be a manufacturer's sample."

Queensland special issue Centary of Australia plate. Series first issued in 1993. Leo Hasler notes on this plate,"Whilst the base and the slogan may have first been issued in 1993, plates with the Centenary of Federation logo were only issued in 2001. OZ 01 is a known sample with OZ 03 believed to be a sample."
