The Turks & Caicos 00001 plate was issued in April of 2000
The 08001 plat was made in 2003, and issued in the Spring
The 10000 plate was made in the Fall of 2003 and will be issued in 2004
Plates were designed by David Fraser of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and the images are from his collection.
