Texas...The Lone Star State

Texas Passengers 1975-1988
1974 was the last of the yearly issues for Texas.  The state introduced the 1975 baseplate (the 75 is debossed in the right hand corner) designed to be renewed yearly with validation stickers.  There are two font versions of the 1974 plate, the old font and the font used on the 1975 base (I need that one for my own collection, drop me a line if you have one.  Also, Texas doesn't use leading zeroes during this period, so plates like the 1973 one are possible with an ABC-1 or an ABC-12 format.
